No PlanGrounds listing fee for profile, plans, and proposals while we grow. Paid actions above are always confirmed in-product before you commit.

We notify partners before material fee changes. When you pay or accept, the amount in the product applies. A signed agreement with PlanGrounds governs fees where it says so.
Early partners — better terms for showing up first
Commitment: no PlanGrounds fee to list your profile, plans, and proposals while we grow. Founding studios with complete profiles receive preferential rates on paid actions versus later entrants—documented in writing, not a limited-time stunt.
For clients
Posting a project and reviewing proposals: no PlanGrounds fee while the marketplace scales. On successful match, client success fee 2–5% of contracted design value (or a small flat fee on very small contracts)—shown in the acceptance step before you commit. Plan inquiries may include a modest client-side unlock aligned with pro lead pricing; the amount appears before any payment.
Luxury, large-scope, and highly bespoke work shouldn't feel like a commodity listing. Premium is a dedicated lane—presentation and terms that match the stakes, with signals like portfolio depth and scale. Optional paid boosts stay in Mid and High; the best fits rise on the strength of the work, not only who bought the loudest placement.
You only pay for leads you choose to unlock. We publish when and how we charge, and we review clearly unqualified or duplicate leads for fair treatment—including credits where our policy allows. Our incentive is aligned with yours: we grow when you win work.
