How PlanGrounds is funded

Browsing the marketplace is free. We only earn when something real happens—usually a plan sale, an optional inquiry unlock, or a successful match between a client and a professional. That keeps our incentives aligned with outcomes, not with charging you to look around.

When pros unlock a lead: a one-time fee in the $25–$75 band—exact dollars on the unlock button before you pay.
When work is booked: a success fee of 3–7% on the agreed design fee or first phase—scales with project value; percentage set in the acceptance flow.
When plans sell: 10–15% commission on completed checkouts—your net and our share shown before you list or sell.
Optional visibility: featured placement $29–$79/mo depending on placement—optional only; you confirm before purchase.
